XFQ/Platforms/OrbitOne
Run the whole business from one platform.
OrbitOne is for the Malaysian company that has outgrown spreadsheets but does not want five disconnected subscriptions that never quite agree with each other. Quotations become invoices, invoices post themselves into a real ledger, and every stock movement is recorded rather than guessed.
The month-end reconciliation nobody wants to do.
Invoices live in one tool, stock in a spreadsheet, accounts with an external agent, and payroll in a fourth place. Every month somebody spends days making four versions of reality agree — and the number that finally gets reported is the one nobody has time to question.
OrbitOne removes the reconciliation by removing the gap. A sale moves stock, raises an invoice, and posts a journal in the same transaction. What you see on the dashboard is not a summary of four systems; it is the system.
- Quote to invoice in one click — with payment tracking and aging built in.
- A true stock ledger — every movement recorded, multi-location, three-level categories, with stock takes and adjustments that leave a trail.
- Journals that post themselves — from every sale and purchase, into a chart of accounts you control.
- Malaysian by default — SST-ready documents, MyInvois e-invoicing, Billplz payment collection, statutory payroll contributions.
- Roles that mean something — manager, sales, store and HR each see only what their job requires.
Start with the core. Switch on the rest when you need it.
The core platform is always included. Everything else is optional and can be turned on or off without losing data — a module that is switched off keeps its records for the day it comes back.
Core Platform
Invoicing and quotations, inventory with a full stock ledger, purchasing, expenses, customers and suppliers, and the operational dashboard that ties them together. This is the spine — every other module writes into it.
Accounting (GL)
Double-entry ledger, chart of accounts, journals, trial balance, profit & loss, balance sheet and SST reporting.
HR & Payroll
Employees, leave management, staff claims and monthly payroll with EPF, SOCSO and EIS calculated for you.
Sales & AI co-pilot
Leads pipeline, follow-up reminders, an activity timeline per contact, and an assistant that drafts and summarises alongside it.
Marketing
Campaigns with budgets, lead-source attribution, cost-per-lead and win tracking, so spend can be judged against results.
Monitoring & reporting
The full report suite, immutable activity log, login history and team performance views — the audit surface a growing company eventually needs.
AI assistant
Ask plain questions of live business data — stock position, cash on hand, which invoices are overdue — and get an answer from the records themselves.
Boring technology, deliberately.
A business platform has to still run in five years, on a small server, without a front-end team on standby. That constraint chose the stack.
| Concern | Approach |
|---|---|
| Application | Server-rendered, with no JavaScript framework and no build step — the code that is deployed is the code that was written. |
| Database | Every company runs in its own workspace, isolated at the database level rather than by a filter someone might forget to apply. |
| Deployment | Containerised, behind a reverse proxy with automatic TLS, configured from an environment file. The same operational model as every other XFQ product. |
| Payments | Billplz collection with callback handling, plus subscription and billing management inside the platform. |
| Compliance | MyInvois e-invoice submission and SST-ready documents, kept current as the requirements change. |
| Automation | Scheduled jobs for recurring documents, reminders and subscription cycles — running on the server, not in somebody's calendar. |
